Eligible Returns

A return request will be accepted only if:

  1. The delivered item is damaged, defective, or different from the order placed.
  2. The product value is above ₹999. Items priced ₹999 or below are not eligible for return or refund.
  3. The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

Steps to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Please share your order ID, details of the issue, and clear photos of the product if applicable.

Once verified by our support team, return approval instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, return shipping charges will either be covered by us or reimbursed after verification.

Refunds are applicable only after the returned item passes our quality inspection.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • The amount will reflect in the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns are not applicable for:

  • Products priced ₹999 or below.
  • Orders returned due to personal preferences such as size concerns or change of mind.

Replacement Policy

Direct exchanges are not available. If you receive a wrong or defective item, a replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost within 10–12 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging for quick assistance.

Important Guidelines

  1. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  2. Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not qualify for return or refund.
  3. Products priced ₹999 or below and items purchased during Sale & Discount Offers are not eligible for return or refund.
